  My order arrived damaged, what should I do?  

Although we go to great lengths to protect our products in shipping, on rare occasions an order may arrive damaged. If your Atelier Lychee wall decal was harmed in transport, please contact sales@atelier-lychee.com within 24 hours of receiving it.

 

  What is your returns policy?  

If a wall decoration is defective or damaged, it can be returned for a refund or replacement within 30 days of purchase. It is important to note that a product must be in its original packaging to be eligible for return. Regretfully, we cannot provide refunds on gift cards.

 

  How do I return a product?  

All returns should be shipped in their original packaging to Atelier Lychee - Smidsestraat 18 - 9000 GENT - Belgium. Please note that customers are responsible for their own shipping costs when returning an order that is not damaged or incorrect.

 

  I received one of your wall decals as a gift, can I return it?  

If a wall decal was declared a gift when it was purchased on our site, it can be returned as such. Although we cannot provide refunds on gifts, we do offer store credit. You will receive a gift certificate once the item in question has been returned to us.

 

  I haven’t received my refund yet, what should I do?  

A refund may take a few days to appear in your bank account. If you feel you have been waiting an inordinate amount of time to receive your refund, we suggest contacting your bank. They will likely be able to identify any pending transactions associated with your account. If this does not resolve the issue, please contact sales@atelier-lychee.com.

 

  Do you accept orders for custom work?  

Our designers are always happy to take on custom work. This can range from something as simple as adding your child’s name to an available sticker or designing an entirely new wall decal according to your specifications. During peak periods, custom orders may take longer than usual to complete.

 

  How often do you make new designs available on your website?  
  Is the color representation accurate online?  

We are always working on fresh wall decals and regularly release new designs for our customers. As soon as our team feels their vision for a sticker has been fulfilled, it will be made available on our site. While the vivid colors of our stickers really must be seen in person to be fully experienced, the color representation on our website is an accurate portrayal of the actual product.

 

  Are Atelier Lychee products made in Europe?  

All of our wall decals are designed and printed in the Belgian city of Ghent. This allows us to oversee the manufacturing process and ensure that only the finest European vinyl, ink, and printing machines are used.

  How long does delivery take?  

In most cases, we advise our customers to allow 10 to 15 business days for delivery. However, orders may take longer to arrive during peak periods or extreme weather conditions.

 

  How do I apply Atelier Lychee wall decals?

  Do you collect personal information?
